It was immaculate and absolutely fantastic on the essentials, good enough for summer holidays. The breakfast was sensational and absolutely fantastic with warm croissants, porridge and good sized portions, greatly enjoyed what was offered. Great and brilliant location so close to both the pier and the centre of town, anywhere in Brighton and Queen's Park, I felt safe.

The whole place was overall clean and the staff were outstandingly accommodating. Its stunning, central location was a plus. There were convenience stores and shops around the hotel. The room was freshly decorated with an electric kettle, central heating, and iron/ironing board included.

I enjoyed the location that was central and near Brighton's sights as well as both the pier and the centre of town. What's more, it was 5 mins drive from Brighton Beach. The breakfast had a great selection of food, like croissants, muesli, pancakes and yoghourt.
